Online payment using VISA / Master/ AMEX credit card
We accept all domestic and international Visa and Master
credit cards. This is an absolute secure way of paying online
for your purchases. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory
to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV)
or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers
while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for
customers, thus making online shopping safer. This additional security element is known
only to the card holder so in case if someone takes your card number he will not be able to
use it online for the want of authentication pass code.

Cash / Ticket & Sodexo passes on delivery
BigBasket.com does home delivery of your orders using its own fleet of delivery vans and employs a team of trained staff called as Customer Experience Managers to deliver your orders. While placing your order you can choose to pay through this mode and CEMs will collect cash / Ticket/ Sodexo passes from you at the time of delivery. This provides a relatively painless way of paying for your orders. You can also choose to pay part of your order by cash and part by Ticket or Sodexo passes. Please note that you can use Ticket & Sodexo passes only for food items in your order.
