Can I register with Bigbasket Business if I am already registered as bigbasket B2C customer?
Yes, you can. However you will require a valid business license and a dedicated (not the same phone number registered with personal account) phone number & email id for your business.
What are the documents needed to sign up for a bigbasket business account?

How long does it take for my business account to be confirmed?
After you have registered your account with bigbasket business, we will take maximum of 2 working days to verify your documents. Once done, we will intimate you on your registration status.
Do I have to necessarily register to shop on bigbasket?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at bigbasket.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
How do I reset my password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
When can I start placing orders on the bigbasket business?
Upon successful registration and document verification, we will intimate you with regard to your registration status. Post this, you can place orders on the website.
Is there any minimum order quantity or value on purchases made on bigbasket Business?
- No, there is no minimum order value. Free delivery for order value of Rs 3000 and above
- Delivery charge of Rs 100 for order value below Rs 3000
What are the delivery slots?
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. bigbasket business currently offers 8am - 8pm next day delivery from Monday to Saturday. We don’t deliver on Sundays.

What payment options are available to me?
You can pay online using NEFT or RTGS. We also have a Cash on Delivery option, Credit card & Debit card.
Will I be provided with GST Invoice?

Incorrect GST on the invoice, what should be done?
- It is the responsibility of the customer to verify if the invoice raised on them contains their correct GSTIN & other details, and if there is any discrepancy, they should promptly reach out to the customer support team to get the necessary correction done.
- As per the process of raising E Invoice, GSTIN if found inactive/cancelled or suspended are removed. The customers should verify and resubmit their GSTIN through the Customer support team post getting it activated. GSTIN updated accordingly will be considered for raising E invoice only on prospective basis.
- Notwithstanding the above, Bigbasket shall not be liable for incorrect GSTIN mentioned on the e-invoice and that customer will indemnify Bigbasket for any statutory liability, levies or charges or any other claims by Governmental Authorities, as a result of the aforementioned discrepancy..
What is the return policy?
Products should be returned at the time of delivery. No returns and exchanges are encouraged beyond this point.
We at bigbasket do not ask/accept any payment from Customers/Suppliers in Cash
Any bigbasket employee asking for payment in cash from Customers/Suppliers is a fraudulent act and bigbasket is not liable to make good with any such losses suffered by such vendor/supplier. Customers/ Supplier/vendors to mandatorily report all such incidents immediately along with the name of the bigbasket employee making such demand. Failure to do so by Customers/ Suppliers will be violation of the Code of Conduct of business and it would be considered as a sufficient reason to terminate the agreement by the Company.
