bb+ Program Terms and Conditions

Membership

Participation in the bb+ program ("Program") and the benefits of the Program are offered at the sole discretion of bigbasket ("bigbasket," "us," or "our"). Eligible customers (as described below) may avail benefits accrued upon attaining member status. Upon crossing eligibility, you will be assigned a bb+ account ("Rewards Account"). As you shop, you may unlock more rewards from time to time, which you may then use to shop at bigbasket.com

Eligibility

Only customers over 18 years of age with a valid address in India may become members ("Members," "you," or "your") in the Program. Retail outlets, Corporations, associations and other groups may not participate. bigbasket reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating if, in our sole judgment, that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program's intent. If a member is disqualified, they forfeit their Rewards Account and all outstanding Reward.

Definitions

• "Eligible Items" consist of merchandise bought at bigbasket.com Eligible items do not include purchases of baby foods (prohibited by Government laws to be part of promotions)
• "Net Purchases" are purchases of Eligible Items less all returns, price adjustments and other discounts.
• "Partners" are external companies who are willing to participate in our program & offer benefits to members at their discretion

Accumulating Rewards Account Value

Once enrolled in the Program, you accumulate Rewards based on your Net Purchases of Eligible. All activity on a Rewards Account, no matter who enters into the transaction, will be reated as activity of the Member if done using the member login id. You cannot club purchases of 2 different member IDs even if it is for the same house.

Calculation of Rewards Account Value

The amount of your Net Purchase of Eligible Items at bigbasket.com is the final value considered for calculation of rewards. Net purchases of a month are considered for computation of rewards. At the start of a new month, the calculations start fresh & any previous month purchases are not considered for the new month.

Partner vouchers will be added to your Reward Account as disclosed at the time of the offer is extended by Partners. Bigbasket is under no obligation to make any partner offers.

Expiration of Rewards

All rewards expire on the month end of the following month from which you receive the rewards. For example, all rewards received between 1 st – 31 st October, will expire on 30 th November.

Issuing Reward

When your Net purchases cross Rs. 2,000 in a month, we will send you communication of you having successfully enrolled into the bb+ program via mail, SMS & Push Notification on the app if you have it. Registered mail id & mobile number will receive this communication, Default address of the member will be considered for picking the mobile number of communication. Your status of confirmation of enrollment to bb+ will happen within 7 days of crossing Rs 2000 worth of net purchases. Once you receive the communication, you may begin using rewards from the time of communication. Upon logging in, your bb+ account page will show details of all live rewards.

Reward Redemption

A logged in member’s rewards will get auto applied to purchases if the products having the rewards are part of your purchase basket. You need not enter any code or click any place. You can only redeem rewards if you are logged in at the time of purchase with the member id that has qualified for rewards.

Termination of or Change in Program

Bigbasket may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of accumulated Rewards Value and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program. Bigbasket reserves the right to limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, and benefits of the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of bigbasket's, whose decision will be final. Bigbasket has the right to close your Rewards Account for any reason.

Other Terms

A Rewards Account Balance is not transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or for any other reason. Events beyond bigbasket's control, such as computer equipment or electronic data transmission failure, strikes, acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism or war, which may materially affect our ability to perform, will allow us to suspend or terminate the Program.

Release of Information

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the release of information to third parties to carry out the Program.

Change to Your Rewards Account Information

You must advise bigbasket of any change in your name or the address, phone number and/or email address associated with your Rewards Account. Please write to us on email id: bbplus@bigbasket.com or call: 1860-123-1000 to update this information. Bigbasket is not liable for Reward program details sent to an outdated email address.

Jurisdiction

Subject to the above, the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of this Agreement.
