Whole Wheat Laddu is a very healthy and nutritious sweet dish, rich in proteins and fiber.

Step 1 :

Take a frying pan, add ghee, wheat flour and saute on sim until the raw aroma vanishes.

Step 2 :

After the flour turns reddish brown, empty it on a plate and set aside.

Step 3 :

Add 1/2 cup water and let it boil, add jaggery, wait until it melts.

Step 4 :

Simmer the same, add the whole wheat flour and mix well. Add nutmeg powder, ghee, dry fruits and mix well.

Step 5 :

Switch off the flame and let it cool. Make laddus out of the flour and serve it.
