Fragata's pitted black olives are completed from the dispensation and packing plants based near Seville in southern Spain, a region famous for growing the finest Manzanilla and queen olives. It's a genuine favourite here in the UK and in Spain as they are so flexible; our black olives taste remarkable added to salads, pizzas, wraps or sliced and cooked to build a diversity of tasty dishes as well as truly authentic Spanish paella.
