i got the product with fungus,all chocolates where bad

This item comes under cold beverages wherein proper packaging is needed. But everytime it is delivered along with groceries. Even though summer season is there, no proper care is taken of its storage. We have been ordering it since last 3 months but everytime it comes in a melted form and hence we have to cancel it. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
