Tastes just like normal rice , no flavour of basmati at all - smell or taste 

we found a small black dear cockroach in the pack when we opened the pack today. there was no opening in the pack. that means the cockroach was sealed in the pack. quality?

extremely disappointed. This appears to be "new" rice. initially, we thought we were not keeping correct water proportion. but, later we realized the rice is not of good quality- it just tastes like any normal rice. definitely, not like Basmathi. total waste of money 

used to be better but now it was total bland. No taste and aroma
