• Remove a packet of Paratha from the freezer. Do not defrost/thaw as this may make the dough sticky.
• Peel The plastic layers from a Paratha and place on a preheated non-stick frying pan. No oil is needed.
• Pan fry the paratha for 1-2 minutes on each side until both sides are golden brown.

• Thaw for 45 minutes wrap it in a damp cloth to retain moisture.
• Fold the sheet as in the pictures. Use your choice of filling.
• Deep fry at medium heat till golden brown.
