• Boil 1L water with a tsp of salt in a wide pan.
• Add 1 cup (100g) of dry pasta and continue cooking on high heat for 9-10 minutes.
• Stir occasionally until the pasta is cooked.
• Drain the cooked pasta and rinse in cold water. 
• Toss this in a pan with your choice of sauce and some veggies and serve hot.
