waste of money, poor rice quality, rice grain is not whole it's broken


My name is Rupneil Saha Roy and I have recently purchased a Dawaat Rozana Basmati Rice Gold (1 kg) along with other products. When I opened the packet I found out that the quality of the rice was not up to the mark. Unfortunately, upon cooking the rice for my family, I noticed that the quality did not meet the usual high standards expected from both Daawat and Big Basket. I kindly request a refund for this purchase, as the product was clearly not up to standard. Please let me know if you need any more information from my side to process this request.
