Ingredients
Anistar, Asafetida, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cassia Leaf, Chilli, Clove, Common Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Garlic, Mustard, Nutmeg, Pigeon Pea (Tovar Dal), Poppy Seed, Turmeric.
How to Use
Mix 4 tsp ginger/garlic paste, 4 tsp Everest Tandoori Chicken Masala, 6 tbsp strained (thick) curd, salt and food-grade organs red colour. Marinate cut chicken with mixture.

Authentic taste, with less spice.
Nice flavour, would have loved if it had a bit more spice. Unless I add a little Kashmiri Chilli Powder, it doesn't give a reddish hue, no spice either, if I don't add some additionally. Otherwise really good, so even if you're not a fan of spice, this is the best masala mix to go for if you love tandoori!
