Storage and Uses
- Soak the Poha in water for some time till they are soft and puffy.
- Drain the water and keep aside.
- Cut onions and potato and keep the, ready as the oil in the pan becomes hot.
- Throw in some mustard seeds, green chillies, and curry leaves, then add the potatoes and onions along with some peanuts.
- Once the potato has softened, add salt and turmeric along with the Poha.
- Stir a little and you are done.
- Store in a clean and dry place and in air tight container .
