About the Product
Vandevi Asafoetida is an Indian spice with a pungent and unique flavor. It is regularly cut with Rice Flour and is less potent. To release the exact flavor of Hing, you have to saute it in ghee or oil. Asafoetida, Mustard and Hing Seeds sauteed in ghee are often poured over cooked lentils for fragrance and flavor and along with other spices, can be used to flavor vegetables or to prepare fruit chutneys.
