Thoroughlyƒ€š ƒ€š  rinse 250gms. (8 oz.) of Lal Qilla rice with lukewarm water. Soak for 1.5 hours. Add the soaked rice and salt to 100ml. of lukewarm water. Cook on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water. Cover with tight lid and remove the pan from fire. Stand for 20-25 mins. Serve hot with curries or sauces.
