Ingredients
Onion, Iodised Salt, Red Chilli, Corinader, Ginger, Refined Vegetable Oil, Tomato Powder, Mint Leaves, Garlic, Sugar, Caraway, Spices & Condiments.
Cooking Instructions
Cook the rice with a pinch of salt. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with cup of curd to make paste. Heat 3 tbsp pure ghee in a pan. Add cut vegetables and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add spice mix paste, 1/2 cup water and cook for 2 minutes. Add cokked rice and mix well. Garnish with dry fruits and fried onions & serve hot.
