mozzarella cheese is supposed to be stringy and thick, this one was just crumbly. not sure what it was but it sure wasn't mozzarella

Milky cheese was kept in fridge as soon as it was delivered - when we try to cook today, realised that it was spoilt -

horrible
received a product within expiration date. opened it for first use and stored the remainder in an airtight box in the refrigerator but within a couple of days there was fungal growth. BB hasnt replaced or even replied to my complaint. so horribly disappointed
