Not a Long grain rice.

I have been using this brown rice variety since a couple of years now, and everything is excellent except the skyrocketing prices! Also, it should be made available in a bigger packagings as well, because even though brown rice is meant to be consumed quickly, the bigger packaging could be useful for bigger families..

Cooks quickly, tastes excellent!

Packaging writes 12 mins but we have been cooking the rice for past 45 mins now and it it yet to be fully cooked.

I guess Birbal used this rice for his khichdi. Made a big mistake by buying this. Not recommended at all.

Takes an hour to cook.

it takes more than an hour to get cooked. 12 mins is a joke.
