4 Step Method of Preparation
• In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped tomato
• Add 2 cups (300 ml) of water and the entire contents of this pack. Mix well and cook till the mix thickens
• Spread1/4th of this cooked mix on a roti and fold to make a roll.
• Shallow fry the roll on a hot tawa till crisp from all sides.
