This time I have received very bad quality chana dal

shelf life is very less. Not acceptable for food items .

have been using BB organic days for some time now. I won't say I am getting so fit and energetic that would be exaggeration but yes the product is quiet clean and the taste post cooking is awesome. I use simple recepie. soak for 1 hours ( usually if it's true organic and not oil polished shouldn't take much time for soaking) add salt and turmeric pressure cook for 2 whistles. Heat cow ghee add cumin/zeera, Hing, and kashmiri chilli powder add it immediately to dal after adding kashmiri chillie powder. stir and let it boil for a min. add a pinch of garam masala and close the lid. yohoooo divine dal is ready

the chana dal which was delivered does not seem to be of brown chana, instead the size and taste feels as if it was of KABULI CHANA dal, can the packers PAPAS TRADING KINDLY CLARIFY ON THIS.
