Effect of This Atta on Blood Sugar Control.
Rotis are excellent both in look and taste. However I purchased this for contol of my blood sugar level. I am a new patient of blood sugar and not taking any medicine for its control, but I am trying to manage it by controlling my foods. Due to this I started using this atta. How effective it is in sugar control can only be said after my blood sugar check up.
