Excellent Mazzarella melting cheese taste Great 

loved the melt cheese. just two slices of bread slow toasted in butter with this cheese in the middle.amazing taste.

Did not like the test. Tried in cold sandwich as well as over hot omelette. It is mozzarella but does not melt well when hot. 

Tastes great but requires a little extra heat to melt since the slices are thick.
