Store in a cool and dry hygienic place. Take 1 cup of HTM Sona Masoori Rice and gently rinse twice. Combine with 2½ cups of water and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. Bring the mixture to a boil, stir gently, and cover with a lid. Cook the rice on a medium flame for 15 minutes or until all the water has been fully absorbed. Remove from heat and serve.
