How to Use
  • It can be used for making chapattis, puri, paratha, kulcha, katchori, cake, cookies etc.

  • Make a small to medium ball and flatten it out and start rolling it in a flat circle.
  • Put in on hot tava and cook on both sides. Once ready serve it hot with dal or any veggie dish.

The dough from this atta is very rubbery and even the rotis made from it are very rubbery. You can stretch a roti like a rubber band. This is surely not a good multi grain atta and it will damage your health. Best is to make your own multi grain atta which is never rubber.
