Zappy Instant Mix - Methi Thepla, 200 g

Wheat Flour, Besan, Salt, Turmeric , Red Chillies, Sugar, Fenugreek Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Ajwain, Asafoetida.

• Add 1 tsp oil in Thepla Mix and knead the dough with sufficient amount of water in 1:1 proporation or as requried. • Roll the thepla to a round of about 5-6 inches indiameter. • On a hot tawa place the thepla, flip when one side is partly cooked. Spread oil on this, flip the thepla again now spread the oil on this side. • Flip a couple of times till you get golden brown spots on the theplas. • You can have Theplas with delious Zappy Mango Chutney.
