Malai (Cream) Tikka as the name suggests is a rich and creamy type of grilled meat preparation made with either boneless chicken or lamb meat. The recipe is made using a skewer with small pieces of meat cooked together with vegetables like onions, Bell pepper, and tomatoes on a grill or barbeque. The marinade is made using fresh cream, almonds, ginger, garlic and grounded spices. It is mild spicy, juicy, creamy and rich in taste. Note: You can make Paneer Tikka using cottage cheese, or can also use it with assorted vegetables.
