I ordered 2 packets of Udid Papads. Unlike my earlier purchases of same product this time it's taste is very bad and smell. No crispness as earlier. This is not properly dried and or made. I have yet opened one pack and used 4 to 5 papads but my guests were very unhappy and put me in embrassing position by saying Punjabi has offered Papad from his village it is just packed in Tasties pack. It has spoiled your Good will and Tata's Taste. I wish to return the same one pack that is not opened and one thatbis opened and 4/5papads consumed. I am Senior Citizen in my Seventies and fully dependent on Online traders like Big Basket due to my mobility limitations. Please decide and arrange for pickup. Thanks a lot God Bless you and Big Basket.
