• For 1 cup of GoodDiet Little Millet Idli mix, add 1 cup of curd and 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
• Let the batter rest for 10 mins.
• Use a non-stick idli vessel and steam the batter for 10 to 12 minutes.
• Makes approximately 18 or 20 idlis.
