Best hashbrowns

They are perfectly seasoned & tasty. I love to keep these handy in freezer for English breakfast. Shallow fry till golden brown and serve with beans,eggs & mushrooms. I once left those out on kitchen counter to defrost and forgot for few hours ,yet they never lost their shape .Even after cooking chunky beats retained texture.Fried & Enjoyed as snack.
