Gits Handvo Snack Mix, 200 g

• Mix oil, curd & water: Mix the contents of the pack with 20g curd, 15g oil and 240ml water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
• Season & Blend well: Heat 30 ml (1tbsp) oil for approx. 2 minutes. Add 1-2 red chillies and 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds. Add this to the above batter and blend well. Cook in a Handvo cooker or thick bottom saucepan: Cook in a thick bottom greased Handvo cooker on medium to low flame for 40-45 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 15 minutes.
• Tip: The cooking vessel should be of thick bottom. If not, place a tava (griddle) on the flame and Handvo cooker on the tava.
• Alternatively: Handvo can also be cooked in a thick bottom non-stick shallow saucepan.
• In such case: 1) Cover & cook for 12 minutes on medium flame. 2)Flip and cook the other side for 10 minutes.
