Effective
It's kind of effective. Only apply on areas where it pains. After the pain relief it's burning which I feel is working. Better than other balm for this price.

don't in know whether it helps relieve pain but the burning sensation for more than 12 hours will definitely make you forget the actual pain keep ice ready to apply to the affected area to get relief from the Burning. will take 2 or 3 times for the skin to get habitual of it
