This product consists of packs, each with 2 of ‘Shrewsbury’ cookies. ‘Shrewsbury’ cookies are highly popular in the UK, with the original recipe listing lemon zest as one of its key ingredients. The ones sold in India, however, rarely contain lemon zest and are simply buttery cookies to be had at tea-time. The ones manufactured under the brand name ‘Fresho Signature’ follow the ‘Indianised’ recipe. They are indeed buttery, crispy, and crunchy, serving as a great companion to a cup of hot tea.
