Farmveda Ragi Idli, 250 g

Ragi (Finger Millet), Whole Wheat Grits, Black Gram, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Vegetable Oil, Salt.

1. Take the measured mix and add 1.5 measures of water and 1-2 teaspoons of oil.
2. Stir it gently to eliminate the lumps and make sure that you do not whisk the batter.
3. Make it into a lump free batter and keep it aside till the Idli plates are ready.
4. Smear the Idli measures with the vegetable oil and pour the batter to the 3/4th of each measure.
5. Steam in a cooker without the weight for 12 minutes on a medium flame until it is done.
6. Let it cool a bit before removing the Idlis from the moulds.
