Himalayan Green Tea, Shatavari, Turmeric, Stevia, Cardamom, and Ashwagandha.
How to Use
- Boil fresh or cold or filtered water.
- Place 1 Pyramid Tea Bag in a teacup before pouring the boiled water.
- Allow the leaves to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Discard the tea bag to avoid over-steeping.
- Add sugar or honey, as desired, while the tea is still hot.
