• Massage cleansing gel into the skin in upward & outward movements for 3-5 minutes and then remove with damp cotton or water

• Apply scrub and massage for 4-5 minutes in circular motions. Rinse with damp cotton or splash water on the face

• Massage gel on to the face in circular motions for 10-15 minutes
