• In a pan take two teaspoons of oil. In hot oil add mustard seeds (rai), cumin seeds (jeera), green chillies, curry leaves, asafetida & turmeric to make tadka then add water.
• When water comes to the boiling point slowly keep on adding Nyasa kulith peeth to the boiling water.
• Add a pinch of sugar as per choice & salt as per requirement.
• Serve hot with bhakaries/chapaties & also with rice.
• Consistency of kulith peethale should be like dal or sambar.
