Haldiram's Rice Idli Mix, 200 g

Enjoy delicious idlis with this ready-to-cook instant Idli Mix from Haldiram's which is a blend of rice and black gram flour to provide you with the authentic taste of soft and fluffy idlis.

Idli is a traditional South Indian breakfast is served hot with sambar and chutney.

Rice Flour (60%), Black Gram Flour, Edible Vegetable Oil (Refined Sunflower), Raising Agent (Ins 500(Ii)), Acidity Regulator (Ins 296), Salt, Fenugreek.

MIX:

• Empty contents of this pack in a bowl.
• Add 250 ml of water and 100ml of curd (Yogurt).
• Mix to make a smooth batter without lumps and keep aside for 5 minutes.

STEAM:

Grease idli plates/ baking trays with oil, pour batter into the moulds and steam in the cooker (without whistle) or in Idli vessel on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes.

SERVE:

Remove the mould, rest for a minute, remove the idlis and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
