Haldiram's Rava Idli Instant Mix, 200 g

Enjoy delicious idlis with this ready-to-cook instant Idli Mix from Haldiram's which is a blend of semolina with selected ingredients to provide you with the authentic taste of soft and fluffy idlis.

Idli is a traditional South Indian breakfast is served hot with sambar and chutney.

Semolina (84%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Refined Sunflower), Salt, Sugar, Spices &Amp; Condiments, Cashewnut, Raising Agent (Ins 500(Ii)), Split, Bengal Gram, Acidity Regulator (Ins 296).

MIX:

• Empty contents of this pack in a bowl.
• Add 100ml of Sour curd (Yogurt).
• Mix to make a smooth batter and rest for 1 minute.
• Add 200 ml of sour curd (Yogurt) and mix well.
• Rest for 2 minutes.

STEAM:

Grease idli plates with oil and fill with batter, steam in cooker (without whistle) or in Idli vessel on a medium flame for 10- 13 minutes.

SERVE:

Carefully remove the idlis from the mould and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
