About the Product
Enjoy delicious dosa with this ready-to-cook instant Dosa Mix from Haldiram's which is a combination of the blend of rice and black gram flour to provide you with the authentic taste of crispy, golden, and healthy dosas.
Dosa is a delicious South Indian dish is served hot with sambar and chutney.
Ingredients
Rice Flour (62%), Black Gram Flour (27%), Semolina, Edible Vegetable Fat (Hydrogenated Palm Oil), Salt, Raising Agent (Ins 500 Ii), Acidity Regulator (Ins 296), Fenugreek.
How to Use
MIX:
- Mix contents (200g) of this pack with 300 ml of water.
- Mix into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5-7 min.
FRY:
- Grease a flat non-stick tava with oil & heat on medium flame.
- Pour batter in the centre of the hot tava and spread outward circular motion to get a thin dosa.
- Add 1 teaspoon oil around the batter and cook on high flame until golden brown.
SERVE:
Remove from tava once cooked and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
