Bristles are stiff and hard.
It is a goddamn nightmare of a toothbrush. Especially when it is supposed to be a 'soft' type, but it is harder than even the medium type brushes of Oral-B themselves. Please save yourself the trouble and don't buy this product, unless you actually need a Hard toothbrush.
