On The Scalp: Take out a small quantity and gently but thoroughly massage into scalp with your fingertips, use the extra amount in places where the hair is thinning. Leave on for at least half an hour preferably overnight. Shampoo as usual. 

Into The Hair: Apply directly into long hair and comb through. Leave on for at least half an hour or overnight. Shampoo as usual.
