Anil Kozhukattai Flour, 500 g

Pure white in colour, made from washed rice. The main feature is to prepare Kozhukattai, Modagam during the festival. This flour has a high amount of carbohydrates and gives high energy. It is cleaned and packed very under very hygienic conditions.

Rice.

Add Required amount of water and salt in Kozhukkattai flour and Knead well like a dough. Apply a small measure of edible oil on a polythene paper and take a ball of dough and flatten it slightly like poori, put a spoonful of 'poornam' ( a mixture of coconut and jaggery ) in this and secure all sides by folding. Now cook it in an idly pan till it is done. Now hot Kozhukottai is ready to be served.
