About the Product
It is made out of first quality Moong dal and Urad dal along with hing to give it a perfect flavour. It has medium quantity of black pepper and hence is medium spicy. It is very crispy and tastes best when roasted.

How to Use
For roasted and crushed Bikaneri papad, first roast the papad on an open flame till it turns crisp. Break the papad and crush it with your hands. Then add salt, and slight red chilli powder to make "papad churi". You can also have it as an evening snack or add crunchiness to your meals.
