• Place a single Whole Wheat Kulcha on a hot pan or tawa and cook for a couple of minutes on both sides, till light brown.
• No oil required.
• Add Ghee or butter as per taste.
• Best accompanied with curries, daals and Tandoori dishes. 
• Tip: These Kulchas can also be used as a flatbread or pizza base.
• Just spread some pizza sauce, choice of toppings and grated cheese.
• Bake in a pre-heated oven (not microwave), for 4- 5 minutes, at 180 ° Celsius.
