Use this Masala in any fruit juice or cocktails. Can use watermelon instead of beetroot in below recipe. Beet Root Lemonade 1 cup of shredded beets. Add 4 cups of water and process until smooth.
Strain beet mixture For Lemonade: Add beet juice, lemon juice, Junyali shikanji Masala, honey/sugar/jaggery and 2 cups of water into the pitcher. Adjust the sweetness, tartness, or water levels to taste. Chill. A dash in fruit bowls, pulses, chaats, dahi wada, cheese.
