This herbal tea is distinct from its regular tea counterpart as it does not contain leaves from the Camellia Sinensis Plant and is also known as a tisane miracle mint. Being a herbal infusion, is caffeine-free, making it ideal for post-supper sipping.

Dry Peppermint Leaves

• Allow 1tsp or 2g of tea for each 150ml of water. Use tea infuser or teapot for convenience.
• Bring the water to a boil separately and let it cool down for 2 minutes such that the water temperature is 70-80°C.
• Pour hot water into the cup containing tea and leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes.
• Sieve and serve. In the case of the tea infuser, remove it from the cup and enjoy.
