1. Choose the tampon with appropriate absorbency and unroll the wrapper from the middle strip.

2. Unroll the string of the tampon fully and ensure the ends of the strings are connected or tied.

3. Using another hand, remove the remaining upper section of wrapper from the tampon.

4. Push the tampon into the vagina at an angle pointing towards your tailbone. It is correctly inserted when you cannot feel it anymore.

HOW TO REMOVE:

1. The tampon should be replaced at regular intervals of 4-8 hours, or even more often if necessary.
