Ragi Mixed With Maida & Water
1. Soak ragi vermicelli in cold water for 2 mins and drain the water.
2. Steam cook in idli pan for 5mins.
3. Fry with mustard, green chillies, onion, urad dhal in 2tsp of oil. (add sugar, crated coconut and cardamom powder to the steamed ragi vermicelli & serve hot).
