This Rich Vanilla Cake Mix from Archana's Kitchen is an eggless Rich Vanilla Cake Mix that is ultra-soft, moist and delicious with rich flavours from vanilla. Each pack of this cake mix contains enough cake mix powder. It is made with healthy ingredients like Jowar, Barley and Whole wheat. This won't affect your digestive system. It is a 100% vegetarian product, it contains no eggs. It has no involvement of preservatives and artificial colours. You can make a big enough cake of 12 slices or 12 to 15 cupcakes.

Storage and Uses
Pour the cake mix powder into a big bowl. Add curd, sunflower oil and mix it well. Grease an 8-inch cake pan with oil or butter, pour the batter into the pan and bake it. Can be made in an OTG or Pressure Cooker. It is available in a pack of 325g. It has a shelf life of 270 days. Storage Information: Store it in a cool and dry place. Keep it in an airtight container after opening.
