About the Product

Green Sense Organic Jowar Flour is made by grinding the small round grains of jowar. This versatile grain is naturally gluten-free and so can be used in place of wheat. It is a good source of fibre and so can help reduce excess cholesterol and aid digestion. It is rich in copper and mineral that is involved in protecting the body against oxidative stress and also helps strengthen hair and skin. It also helps in energy production and the immune system. This flour is smooth and gooey as oatmeal but not heavy. This sweet flour makes light and fluffy rotis that are delectable to eat.
