Amar Singh Chawal Wala proudly presents Lal Qilla Tibar Basmati Rice which is nourished and watered by snow-fed rivers of the Himalayas. The highest quality harvest of the region is tested, procured and then sent for cleaning, milling and packaging in the state of the art rice milling plant. Lal Qilla Tibar Rice cooks up fluffy with separate grains which adds nourishment to every dish.

Serving Size 45g:

• Cholesterol Nil;

• Magnesium 6.8 mg

Cooking Method:

• Thoroughly rinse one cup of Lal Qilla basmati rice and soak for 30-35 minutes in lukewarm water.
• Add soaked rice and salt to 2.5 - 3 cups of boiling water.
• Cook on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water.
• Cover with a tight lid and remove the pan from the fire.
• Wait for 10-15 minutes and serve.
• Note: If the cooked rice is too hard, then use more water in the next cooking and if the same is too soft, use less water.

Microwave Method:

• Place 1 cup of soaked Lal Qillla basmati Rice in a deep microwave container.
• Add 2.5 - 3 of water and add salt if desired.
• Cover container loosely with microwave cling film and cook on medium or 60% for 10-15 mins.
• Allow it to stand for 15 mins.
